Christmas Delivery Information

Please find all final dates for shipping for Christmas delivery. Please note that these are the recommended dates we have received from our shipping providers. 

Ireland -20th December
UK - 18th December
EU zone - 15th December
Rest of the world - 14th December

Where do we ship from?

UK - All orders ship from our warehouse in Kent and delivery is via Royal mail.

Ireland & Europe - All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Louth via an Post.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all orders over €/£50 in Ireland and the UK only. Our shipping rates are below:

UK - £4.95
EU zone - €14.99
Rest of the world - €19.99 

We normally use An Post for Irish orders and Royal Mail or DX Courier for UK orders during any strike delays.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible! We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed on our website within 72 hours (from Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm). For orders in Ireland, we estimate your order to be with you within 3-5 business days. For orders in the UK or anywhere in the EU zone, we estimate your order to be with you within 3-7 business days. For the rest of the world, we estimate your order to be with you within 7-10 business days. If for any reason you suspect that your order may be delayed, please reference your tracking number when contacting our courier partner. If you need help, please email us at contact@pokogroup.com

Can I track my order?

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number. If you can’t locate your tracking information, please contact us via email at contact@pokogroup.com with your name, email and order details and we would be happy to help.

Once I place my order, can I change my delivery address?

This will depend on whether your order has been shipped by the time that you contact us. We will accommodate you wherever possible so please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you changed your mind and want to amend your order, email us as soon as possible at contact@pokogroup.com with your request. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will arrange this for you without further charges.

If you wish to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at contact@pokogroup.com outlining the reason for your cancellation. If you cancel prior to us dispatching your order, we will refund the total of your order immediately including the delivery charge. However if you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return the product/s we sent you in its original, unopened packaging at your own cost and you need to inform us within 14 days of receiving your order in order for us to process your refund. This is known as the ‘cooling off’ period. If the product has been opened and touched or tested, we cannot accept your cancellation request and refund you for health/hygiene reasons.

Can I exchange an item once the order has been completed?

Unfortunately, all completed orders online are non-exchangeable.
